I use foot mapping to identify the reflex points on your feet that correspond to specific organs and systems in your body. By applying pressure to these reflex points, I can help to stimulate the corresponding organs and systems, promoting overall health and wellbeing.

What to expect at your treatment?

When you first arrive for your appointment, I will start by asking you some questions about your medical history and any health concerns you may have. This information helps me to understand your overall health and any potential issues that may affect your reflexology treatment.

Next, I will ask you to remove your shoes and socks and relax on a comfortable reclining chair. I will then perform a visual examination of your feet to assess the general condition of your skin, nails, and any other visible abnormalities.

After the visual examination, I will begin the reflexology treatment by applying pressure to specific reflex points on your feet using my fingers, thumbs. These reflex points correspond to specific organs and systems in the body, and stimulating them is believed to promote relaxation and overall wellness.

As I work on your feet, I will be looking for areas of tenderness or sensitivity, which may indicate imbalances or areas of tension in corresponding organs or systems in the body.

At the end of the appointment, I will provide you with feedback on any areas of sensitivity or tension that were identified during the treatment, as well as recommendations for follow-up treatments or self-care practices to help you maintain the benefits of the reflexology treatment.
